Ecology and Evolution of Infectious Diseases: Partnership Building Workshop, 17-19 June, Edinburgh, UK

The Biotechnology and Biological Science Research Councils on behalf of the UK Research and Innovation is working with Economic and Social Research Council, Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council, Natural Environment Research Council and Medical Research Council to convene this workshop to foster partnerships between mathematical, computational and social scientists with life scientists interested in infectious diseases of humans, animal and plants e.g. biologists, ecologists, natural scientists, plant scientists, clinicians and veterinarians etc. from the UK, China, Israel and the US.

This event will underpin the formation of transdisciplinary international partnership that would work together to submit bi-, tri- and/or tetra-lateral grant applications for the next Ecology and Evolution of Infectious Diseases solicitation.
