Murat FINDIK is a Professor of Veterinary Medicine specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology. He graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in 1991 and obtained his PhD in Veterinary Obstetrics and Gynecology from the Institute of Health Sciences, Ankara University in 1999. That same year, he was awarded a TÜBİTAK National Postdoctoral Scholarship. He became an Associate Professor in 2001 and a Full Professor in 2006. Between 2000 and 2002, he worked as a Technical Manager at Intervet Veterinary Pharmaceuticals Marketing and Trade Ltd., followed by a role as Product Manager at Agribrands Purina Feed Ingredients Industry and Trade Inc. from 2003 to 2004. Since 2004, he has been a faculty member in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Ondokuz Mayıs University, where he actively teaches undergraduate and graduate students. His administrative roles include serving as President of the Samsun Veterinary Chamber (2008-2012), General Secretary of the Turkish Veterinary Medical Association (2022-2024), and President of the Turkish Veterinary Gynecology Association since 2012. He has numerous publications in national and international journals and has presented at various congresses. He is also a member of the Turkish Veterinary Medical Association, the Veterinary Embryo Technology Association, and the Association for the Evaluation and Accreditation of Veterinary Medicine Educational Institutions and Programs.
