Veterinarian with experience in animal disease research and diagnostic assays (molecular & immunological) & bioinformatics. Involved in a number of projects particularly on surveillance and diagnosis of transboundary animal diseases include African swine fever, Peste des Petits Ruminants, Lumpy Skin Diseases, Porcine respiratory diseases, Rift valley fever, Cryptosporidiosis and others. Currently, leading Tanzania team on project entitled Promoting Sustainable and Climate Change Adaptive Cattle Production in Tanzania by Strengthening Livestock Health through vaccine development and awareness creation.
