As Head of Sector, I am responsible for the leadership and coordination of Bioscience for an Integrated Understanding of Health – a key thematic priority for BBSRC. My portfolio includes developing, implementing, and communicating strategies for some of the key societal health areas e.g. ageing, mental health, food and nutrition, infectious diseases, AMR and One Health, and transformative technology for health.
