Veterinarian specialized in poultry diseases and antimicrobial resistance (AMR) within a One Health framework, holding an MSc in Veterinary Pharmacology and Animal Physiology. Experienced in antimicrobial susceptibility testing, veterinary pharmacology, and integrated surveillance of bacterial, viral, and zoonotic diseases. Currently contributing to the Jordan Center for Disease Control (JCDC) on the National AMR Action Plan and One Health initiatives, with professional experience across Jordan, the UAE, and Nigeria in laboratory diagnostics, biosecurity, and animal health system strengthening. Actively involved in various initiatives, collaborative activities, and professional engagements related to animal health and antimicrobial resistance. With particular experience and interest in poultry diseases such as Avian Influenza, Newcastle disease, as well as vector-borne and vector-transmitted diseases.
